Azerbaijan opened fire in the direction of Verin Shorzha: Armenian side has no losses

On March 13, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from different caliber firearms toward the Armenian combat positions located in the direction of Verin Shorzha.
There are no casualties from the Armenian side. As of 10:00 p.m., the situation on the frontline is relatively stable.

The Azerbaijani side invites "Representatives of Armenians of Artsakh" to hold the second meeting in Baku

The office of the President of Azerbaijan informs that the "representatives of the Armenians of Artsakh" have been invited to hold the second meeting in Baku in the coming days.

 It is noted that contacts regarding the reintegration and implementation of infrastructural projects will continue at the meeting.

It should be reminded that on March 1, the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan had a meeting at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in the Ivanyan village of Artsakh.

The Armenian side reported that the issue of restoring the unimpeded passage of vehicles through the Lachin Corridor and confirming the fact of the purposeful use of the corridor was discussed.

At the initiative of the Armenian side, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.  

During the telephone conversation, the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor was discussed.  In this context, Prime Minister Pashinyan referred to the sabotage attack carried out by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh on March 5 and its consequences.  In the context of overcoming the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Prime Minister of Armenia emphasized the appropriate response of the Russian Federation.

The Prime Minister received the former Secretary General of NATO

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the founding chairman of the international political consulting organization "Rasmussen Global" and former Secretary General of NATO, and the delegation led by him. This was reported by the RA Prime Minister's Office.

Nikol Pashinyan and Anders Fogh Rasmussen fondly remembered this year. meeting held on February 18 in the framework of the Munich Security Conference.

The interlocutors exchanged ideas on regional developments and security challenges. Issues related to security and stability in the South Caucasus were discussed, and continuous efforts in this direction were emphasized on both sides.
