Vanetsyan said that the current authorities of Armenia should have recognized Artsakh on the 3rd or 4th day of the war. "Russia really saved Karabakh, Russia took an active part, but we need to understand why this happened. For three years, the new Armenian authorities have constantly damaged relations with Russia.
