"Considering the fact that the elections were organized in violation of the requirements of the RA Constitution and the Electoral Code, the Convention on Democratic Elections, Voting Rights and Freedoms in the Commonwealth of Independent States, in particular, the "Civil Contract” party conducted the pre-election campaign with calls for hatred, violence, psychological coercion, the facts of which are confirmed by the decision of the RA Administrative Court, which entered into force, a number of violations were registered during the elections (transparent envelopes, actions revealing other people's voting, ballots without citizens' photos, mass blackout of polling stations during the counting of votes, etc.), the executive body of the "Zartonq" National Christian Party announces that the snap parliamentary elections scheduled to eliminate the political crisis did not serve that purpose and "Zartonq" does not accept the preliminary results of the elections," the statement reads.
