armenpress.am: At the opening of the joint office of Public Services in Gyumri, acting Deputy PM Tigran Avinyan stated that the party, which won the people's vote has no choice but to work legally.
"A good era is coming for the Republic of Armenia - work, development, progress, and opportunities. This time should be used by all state bodies for the benefit of the development of Armenia," Avinyan said.
Commenting on the return of the POWs, Avinyan mentioned, "The process is continuous, and there is a process, as we have seen. It is not an easy one, but I am sure that we have the opportunity to reach mutual agreements and solve bilateral issues," he added.
