The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova touched upon the recent events on the Armenian-Azerbaijani eastern border, which led to the death of three Armenian servicemen.
She noted that the Russian side is seriously concerned about aggravation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and calls on the parties to refrain from using force and resolve issues exclusively through political and diplomatic means.
"In the long term, the main recipe for ensuring stability and security in the region is to activate the process of demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border as soon as possible," Zakharova said.
