I have no right to make statements about Artsakh not being part of Azerbaijan. Alen Simonyan

In the National Assembly, journalists asked the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, whether he agrees that Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan, to which Simonyan replied:

"I have no right to make such statements, because now the negotiation process is underway. To make such a statement during the negotiation process means to cause problems for both the negotiator and the general process. It's unacceptable to make such a statement at the level of the NA President," Alen Simonyan said.
