The representative of the "Armenia" alliance, Director of "Izmirlyan" Medical Centre, Professor Armen Charchyan has been detained by Police, the official representative of the alliance Aram Vardevanyan reports.
"The disgraceful fact that Professor Charchyan has been detained at the instruction of the leaving authorities and particularly, the Head of Special Investigation Service, is true. This is explicit political persecution reaching the ultimate stage of absurdity for which they will be held accountable. Eric Alexanyan will take the protection of the Professor's rights," Vardevanyan informed.
