The Kremlin hasn′t heard statements about plans of the authorities of Azerbaijan and Turkey to create a united army

The Kremlin hasn′t heard any statements about plans of the authorities of Azerbaijan and Turkey to create a united Turkic army, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

"We are not aware of any statement by the President of Turkey or the President of Azerbaijan," the Kremlin spokesperson told reporters, answering a question about whether Moscow is concerned about the possibility of Ankara and Baku to create a united Turkic army.

"Of course, Azerbaijan and Turkey are developing bilateral ties, this is their sovereign business, it is important that this does not harm stability in the region, in this regard, we have regular contacts with both Turkish and Azerbaijani partners," Peskov said.
