The Azerbaijani side returned captured resident of Tegh village of Syunik region, the head of Tegh community, David Ghulunts, told Infocom.
"The resident was returned with the mediation of the Russian side, the efforts of the command of our border troops," Ghulunts said.
According to the Human Rights Defender, the Azerbaijanis abducted the sheep of the resident․ "The sheep were not returned, but work in this direction is underway, today or tomorrow they will be returned."
