The Deputy Minister didn't come to report. Rubinyan instructed to contact the government

Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs David Khachatryan didn’t come to Parliament for discussion of the draft law submitted by the government.

Ruben Rubinyan, upon learning of his absence, announced a break: "Since we don’t see responsible behavior on the part of our colleagues from the government, I will now announce a 20-minute break and instruct to immediately contact the government."
