The former President of the Constitutional Court, Judge Hrayr Tovmasyan, his wife Lamara Khudaverdyan, daughters Gohar and Mary Tovmasyans, as well as two people related to him, Sona Khudaverdyan and Rubik Ghazaryan, were invited to the RA General Prosecutor's Office's Department for Confiscation of Illegal Assets,  "Azdarar" official announcement website reports.

The mentioned people may appear at the RA General Prosecutor's Office for Confiscation of Illegally Originated Property Cases within one month from the moment of receiving the summons to get acquainted with the study materials, present a position, as well as a declaration.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, the Tovmasyans must be present on September 7.

It should be reminded that on December 27, 2019, the Special Investigation Service charged Hrayr Tovmasyan with the features of the second part of Article 308 of the Criminal Code: "misuse of official powers, which carelessly caused serious consequences".

The criminal case is related to Tovmasyan's time as Minister of Justice. His godson, Norayr Panosyan, a former official of the Ministry of Justice, was indicted earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that it had obtained data on Hrayr Tovmasyan's direct participation in crimes, and it was substantiated that Tovmasyan acquired the territory of the "Kentron" notary office.
