Nikol Pashinyan claims Azerbaijan is trying to give archival significance to the tripartite statement of November 9

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, while presenting the border situation in the National Assembly, also referred to the topic of opening communications.

"You know that Azerbaijan, changing the statement of November 9, 2020, talks about having corridors or a corridor through the territory of Armenia. The context of the question is clear. Our position is and continues to be that we are not going to provide anyone with a corridor through the territory of the Republic of Armenia, but we accept and are even interested in the opening and unblocking of roads through the territory of the Republic of Armenia with the logic that all the countries of the region can use these roads, including Armenia, Azerbaijan.  In the recent actions, it is noticeable that Azerbaijan is trying, let’s say, to take out of circulation and give archival significance to the tripartite statement of November 9, and in the context of these provocations, that purpose can also be seen," Pashinyan stated.
