armenpress.am: Seyran Ohanyan, the head of the opposition faction of the RA National Assembly, emphasizes that Armenia should always be ready for Azerbaijan's provocations. Ohanyan said this in a parliamentary briefing, referring to the latest Azerbaijani aggression.

He first emphasized that Azerbaijan has taken another provocation against Armenia in the form of offensive actions, and the "Armenia" faction and all their ideological friends express their support for the RA Armed Forces.

"All this is the result of the fact that after the 44-day war, Azerbaijan is trying to tighten the ring around Armenia, increase the pressure on Armenia, on the authorities, and achieve its long-term goals: the opening of roads and, as they say, the opening of the "Syunik Corridor". Ohanyan said.

According to Ohanyan, provocations by Azerbaijan, crimes committed by Azerbaijan, torture against people, atrocities against historical and cultural values, and mercenaries, all crimes committed by the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem have not been sufficiently condemned.

"But one of the most important reasons is that we must always be ready for such provocations. The military-political situation around Armenia is such that hostilities can always break out," said Ohanyan.

He expressed the opinion that the RA authorities, knowing the situation, were obliged to prepare the armed forces and society.

"In this situation, the RA authorities are obliged to clearly assess the situation, all the changes that took place as a result of tactical operations, positional changes, determine the number of prisoners, missing, missing, properly present to the public, remove all concerns. And measures should be taken so that Armenia can be ready for the next such provocations," concluded the head of the opposition faction.
