RA Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan urged citizens to get vaccinated against the flu in a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly.
"These substrains are quite aggressive, they can have very serious consequences for people with chronic diseases and young children. Once again, I urge and encourage people to go to the polyclinic to get vaccinated against the flu.
It is important that we have a layer of protection during this fall when the season is just starting," said the minister.
It should be reminded that the vaccination against the flu is free.
