The Artsakh Ministry of Defense press service informs that the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan is spreading the second absolutely false report during the day that the Defense Forces units opened fire in Martuni, Askeran, and Martakert of Artsakh between 11:30 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. on November 27. in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the regions.
