On December 1, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the Secretary of State of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Livia Leu, in the Polish city of Łódź.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed agenda issues of bilateral relations and exchanged thoughts on effective interaction established on international platforms.

Regional and international agenda issues were also at the center of the attention of the interlocutors.

Ararat Mirzoyan presented to his colleague the approaches of the Armenian side regarding the establishment of stable peace and security in the region, emphasizing the unacceptability of continuous provocative actions of Azerbaijan and aggressions against the sovereign territories of Armenia. The Armenian side emphasized the imperative of withdrawing the Azerbaijani armed forces from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia and addressing humanitarian issues.

Both sides emphasized the need to strictly observe the ceasefire regime.
