The EU's highest representative of foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borel, commented on the meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan yesterday on his Twitter microblog.
In particular, he noted: "We discussed with the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan the ways of building peace in the region and stable settlement of conflicts.
The European Union is committed to facilitating peace negotiations between Baku and Yerevan."
Let's remind that yesterday, on December 1, within the framework of the 29th OSCE Ministerial Forum, the RA Foreign Minister met the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell. During the meeting, the issues of regional stability and security were in the center of attention of Ararat Mirzoyan and Josep Borel.
