Today in the French city of Strasbourg, in front of the European Parliament, a protest was held in support of Artsakh

Today in the French city of Strasbourg, in front of the European Parliament, a protest was held in support of Artsakh.

It should be noted that today an urgent discussion was held in the European Parliament, during which the representatives of the commission of the executive body answered the questions of the deputies.
The agenda of the plenary session also included an urgent discussion-debate on the topic "Humanitarian consequences of the blockade in Nagorno-Karabakh".

It should be reminded that since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijan has closed the Lachin Corridor connecting Artsakh to Armenia, as a result of which 120,000 residents of Artsakh, including 30,000 children, are under siege. 1100 civilians, including 270 minors, cannot return to Artsakh from RA. On January 17, 19 children returned home on the Goris-Stepanakert road accompanied by Russian peacekeeping troops.

Because of the blockade, delivering 400 tons of food and medicine from RA to Artsakh every day is impossible. there is a shortage of food and medicine.

13 children are in the neonatal and intensive care units, and 9 patients are in the intensive care unit. 5 are in critical condition. During these days, 28 Armenians and 4 foreigners in need of emergency medical care were transferred to RA only through the mediation of the Red Cross, and one of the patients died in Artsakh.

Since January 10, due to the accident, the electricity supply in Artsakh has been carried out on a four-hour schedule of fan outages.
