During the NA question-and-answer session, Pashinyan referred to the discussions on accepting the EU observation mission and not accepting the CSTO, noting that the CSTO was asked to state their idea of what RA is. "We have not received a clear answer to this question," Pashinyan said.
According to him, the EU mission became possible because, as a result of the quadrilateral meeting in Prague, the EU clearly outlined what Armenia is.
"They came to monitor that area, to observe, without this mission and understanding of the area, the observation mission will be at least strange, because it is not clear to them what they are observing, because the issue arose from the situation when Azerbaijan occupied RA sovereign territories. If any mission does not know what RA is, how will it consider whether the territory of RA is occupied or not?”
