In order to stabilize the situation in the region, the idea of ​​holding a tripartite meeting of the heads of the foreign affairs departments of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, Sergey Lavrov, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeihun Bayramov is being discussed.  Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov announced this in a conversation with journalists on Thursday.

 “We do not give up this idea.  We want to make the most of our resources in terms of providing platforms within existing agreements and providing a framework for further movement towards stabilization.”
