On February 24, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan received Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Georgia crisis.
As reported by the Council of Ministers office, the interlocutors discussed the implementation of the agreements reached within the framework of the Brussels format of the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations.
They exchanged thoughts on issues related to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.
It should be noted that Toivo Klaar announced earlier that he started a new regional visit to hold consultations as a result of the leaders' meetings in Munich.
It should be reminded that within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, a tripartite meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was held. Then RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili, and OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid participated in the discussion on the security of the South Caucasus within the framework of the Munich International Forum.
During the panel discussion, Nikol Pashinyan also answered a number of false claims of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
