Sabina Aliyeva's voice was also not heard when, on November 8, 2021, an Azerbaijani soldier attacked a group of civilians who were repairing a water pipe in the area of Shushi, as a result of which 22-year-old Martik Yeremyan was shot in the head and three civilians were injured.
