All the obligations of our side are clearly stated in the tripartite statement of November 9. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, answering the question of whether the Russian Foreign Ministry agrees with Nikol Pashinyan's statement that "Russia is the guarantor of the security of Nagorno-Karabakh", considering that there is no such wording in the tripartite declaration.

"You just have to open that document and see what obligations our side has. And that's it, everything will be clear enough. Russian peacekeepers are doing everything within their power to prevent escalation and stabilize the situation in the country, doing the same in their area of responsibility. Of course, a lot depends on the statements and actions of all involved parties, which, in our opinion, should be constructive and aimed at common success. If statements contradicting the main goal are made, that is, establishing peace and stability, and overcoming differences, we all always focus on it.

We are trying to do it diplomatically, not because of the traditions of diplomacy, but to achieve the set goal - peace, stability, and global stability. We consider the statements of the Armenian leadership as a continuation of the line adopted at the summit held in Prague in October 2022 under the auspices of the European Union. Therefore, it is up to the Armenian side, I mean the attempts of the Armenian leadership to place responsibility for the fate of Nagorno-Karabakh on third countries," Zakharova said.
