A large rally is being held in the Renaissance Square of Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, parallel to the extraordinary session of the Artsakh National Assembly.

A statement was adopted at the session of the National Assembly of Artsakh, in which it was stated that Artsakh has never been and will never be part of independent Azerbaijan.

According to the statement adopted by the National Assembly, this idea should be the basis of the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict. In addition, it was emphasized that any attempt to annex Artsakh to Azerbaijan would be a gross violation of international law and an official license for the implementation of a new genocide of the Armenian people, therefore documents with such content are unacceptable for the Republic of Artsakh.
