At the moment, all resources, as much as possible, are focused on finding the last citizen, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Artyush Grigoryan informed about this in a conversation with journalists.
According to Grigoryan, search and rescue operations can also be carried out inside the building to find the citizen.
"Now the works are being carried out outside the building because according to our information, he should be outside, but if we can't find him, we will also search inside the building, in the area of the first floor, which is quite dangerous, but we have to go," he stated.
Referring to the question of why it is not possible to find the citizen, Grigoryan said: "It is a very large area, there are four-meter-high rubbles. We are starting to look under the rubbles one by one. There is no other impeding circumstance."
He also mentioned that the building will be dismantled after the search and rescue operations.
In the morning, Artyush Grigoryan reported that there were 16 victims and 2 missing citizens as a result of the explosion, noting that the identity of one of the dead citizens has not been identified.
"If one of the two missing citizens is an unidentified citizen, then we have only one missing citizen," he noted.
