The EU monitoring mission had a document with limited access. The document was provided only to EU member states, it was not reported publicly. This was announced by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at the session of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, referring to the EU's two-month mission to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Referring to MP Gurgen Arsenyan's observation that it is necessary to understand why the report is not available to the RA authorities as well since it ultimately refers to the monitoring carried out in RA, the minister said:
"The report is not available to the extent that it is the report of an EU institution, in this case, an observation mission to its superior, governing bodies."
