Artsakh Information Center claims authorities of Artsakh are not negotiating on “handing over” any other settlement

Recently, rumors have been circulating on social networks that there is an agreement with the Azerbaijani side to “hand over” Ivanyan community of Askeran region and Ajapnyak district of Stepanakert city,  Artsakh Information Center reports.

“We inform you that such fake news and rumors have nothing to do with reality and are being circulated by the Azerbaijani special services with the insidious purpose of creating panic in our citizens, as well as feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, oppression and breaking the will to live in the motherland.

The authorities of Artsakh are not conducting any negotiations about “handing over” the Ivanyan community and Ajapnyak district of the capital, and, in general, any other settlement of the Republic of Artsakh.  On the contrary, they work day and night to develop and implement long-term and fundamental solutions to improve the living conditions of the residents of this and all other communities.

We urge you to avoid spreading the above-mentioned and any other kind of disinformation, because by doing so you contribute to the implementation of the enemy’s plans,” the message states.
