Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Javier Colomina Piriz, NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
During the meeting with the Special Representative of the NATO Secretary General, Nikol Pashinyan noted that the situation in the region is tense, and Armenia is making efforts to manage it in the best way possible. According to the Prime Minister, there are problems in the region that are waiting to be solved. "The comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a priority for us, and the opening of regional communications is also important," the Prime Minister said.
Javier Colomina Piriz noted that NATO also attaches importance to the long-term partnership with Armenia, and the purpose of his visit is to discuss issues and opportunities for further cooperation with Armenian colleagues, assess the current situation and prospects in the region.
