Azerbaijan is trying to disrupt any opportunity for dialogue with all its actions. Pashinyan referred to the situation on the border

Despite the efforts of the Armenian government and the international community, the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is not stabilizing. This was stated by Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

"Azerbaijan continues its aggressive rhetoric and actions, while at the same time leaving unanswered all the proposals of the international community for a political and long-term settlement of the situation.

Despite the trilateral agreement from November 9, fake trials of Armenian POWs continue in Azerbaijan.

Armenia understands its responsibility not to create security threats for the CSTO, not to involve the allied countries in military actions, and I officially rule out any provocative actions by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. At the same time, I think that one of the possible solutions to the issue of establishing the authenticity of mutual accusations of Azerbaijan and Armenia may be the placement of a monitoring mission of the CSTO along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. If carrying out such a mission is impossible, we may have other acceptable international formats, including the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

In the current situation I think it makes sense to consider the deployment of Russian border guards along the entire Armenian-Azerbaijani border, which will make the work on the demarcation of borders possible without the risk of military clashes. We are going to discuss this topic with our Russian partners."
