The first sitting of the Investment Committee chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took place today. The sitting was attended by the Deputy Prime Ministers, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, the Ministers of Economy and Finance, the Deputy Ministers of Justice, Economy and Emergency Situations, and other officials.
Opening the discussion, the Prime Minister said, "Dear colleagues, we are starting the first sitting of the Investment Committee for Public Investment Management. Let me remind you that this body was created to assess the priorities of public investments, capital investments, to be able to be guided by the maximum efficiency value when making decisions, as well as to place this work in the context of budget planning."
A number of issues on the agenda were discussed during the meeting of the Investment Committee.
