"I have no doubt that very soon we will have to mobilize all our efforts to overcome the consequences of current authorities' failures and face new challenges. We shouldn't get desperate. No nation can still have progress without rational political thought and programs built on sober calculation. Rationalism and justice will win anyway," Zurabyan added.

Armenia's Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan issued a statement on his Facebook page, noting that insulting people by artificially dividing them into literates and illiterates and linking it with the voting results is condemnable. Tatoyan called on political forces and their supporters to refrain from insult, hate speech, or its contribution, as well as actions that exacerbate and increase tensions. "One should not be discriminated against for his/her political views. Any process must be based on the rule of law, and any initiative must be based on human rights," Tatoyan stated.
The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan satisfied the motion of the Special Investigation Service to detain the head of "Izmirlian" Medical Center Armen Charchyan. "Separate publications appeared today in media about inconsistencies in certain polling stations during the recount of the June 20 snap parliamentary elections. Without waiting for the steps taken by the election commissions or the subjects involved in the elections, the RA Prosecutor's Office will necessarily initiate a criminal procedure of proper verification and legal assessment of all the publications in which there is or may be data containing criminal features," Abrahamyan wrote.
